Deborah Craig, Senior Fellow with the Forum for Youth Investment in Washington D.C., graduated from Illinois State University in 1974. Over many years, Deborah established herself in the youth work field from the ground up as a front line youth worker, supervisor and program director, primarily in adolescent residential treatment settings.

Shanetta Martin is a Senior Program Associate at the Forum for Youth Investment where she oversees work on youth and community engagement connected to state and local youth policy efforts. Shanetta joined the Forum in 2004.
